Homemade Pumpkin Coffee Creamer

Homemade Pumpkin Coffee Creamer

Hello lovely! Thank you for clicking on this post. ☺️

I hope your fall is off to an amazing start.
I’m a big coffee lover & I have been trying to save a little money here and there.. soo I’ve added a new DIY creamer to my routine.

I noticed I had been buying a lot of the Chobani coffee creamers, which they are definitely good…but a little spendy so I wanted to try to make my own pumpkin creamer.

You could make this in one big batch, and store it in an airtight jar in your fridge to have ready to use, but I’ve just been making it in my cup & using my little handheld electric whisk to blend it before I pour in my coffee.

Ingredients:

  • Half & half (any brand you like)
  • 100% pure pumpkin (canned)
  • Maple syrup (I use costco)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pumpkin pie spice

I measure with my heart. Generally, around 2 Tbsp of half & half, and 1 Tbsp of pumpkin. Small splash of maple syrup, tiny bit of the vanilla and a sprinkle of the pumpkin pie spice. I blend it with my handheld electric whisk, or you could use a regular whisk too! The electric whisk does work well though.

I’m a fan of wingin’ it, and you can’t really mess this up. If you want it more creamy then add more cream. If you want more pumpkin, add a little more! 😃 try it until you like your flavor & level of sweetness (add more syrup or another sweetener of your choice if you need it sweeter) ✨

I hope you enjoy this like I have been! Let me know if ya try it! 🎃🍂☁️

happy cozy season

☺️
Xo, Naomi
